As I was sitting on the porch in my hometown, Abdéllé, here I was, with my sketchbook on my lap, staring at the green horizon, I press "Play"....and here it was, Somebody That I Used To know by Gotye was playing! I felt the urge to put it down on paper, as I was trying hard to remember the video, this is what I came up with...
I could see their facial expressions and sound as I was drawing. "Somebody That I Used To Know" is written with an arabic typography in the first one. As for the second one, it is latin typography with an arabic twist. Talk about adding a touch of your roots in your art...I hope you like it.
